At Hereu Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all dust bags and tags, to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated courier service; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
