‘Those of us born by the Mediterranean measure time in summers. In the summer of 2005, I travelled along the Croatian coast with friends. On the Istrian peninsula, in a small fishing village, I came across the scene: an iron slide anchored in the sea, offering the perfect excuse to play.
I approached with my Hasselblad and shot a roll. In one frame, something aligned. A precise choreography suspended above the water. Photography fixed that instant, allowing me to remember it and share it.’
